- In most cases delivery to city destinations is 2-3 working days and 3-5 days to rural. Please be aware delivery can take longer from the time the payment has been processed and in the account of Outdoor Top Toys.
- If the product has been unpackaged a return/refund will not be given.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return under our 7 Day Money back Guarantee policy.
- Refunds/returns do not apply to products that are on special or have been discounted.
- Refunds/returns are not given to 'change of mind' sales.

- At your cost, correctly return the goods to our warehouse in as new condition and accompanied by the original sales invoice.
- Outdoor Top Toys will refund the value of the goods as per the invoice and at our discretion (shipping cost is not included).
- Our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Faulty or Damaged goods. Faulty or Damaged goods are processed under our Warranty Terms & Conditions

- The goods, packaged and in equal condition to when they were originally shipped.
- Goods must be returned correctly and received by us within 7 days from the purchase date on your invoice, otherwise they will not be accepted under the 7 Day Money Guarantee Policy.
